dedicared server admin help

ok i got my ip steam id thing addUser STEAM_0:0:563225 right i go to ulx_users it says

Is that finished is that like everything i have to do to become admin  on my dedicated server?? or do i need to type it in like console or client side :S the ulx_users is like got my user id and permission
what else do i need to do? when i join i type ulx_who says user id etc then end of list
how i fix? im trying beta now repley soon plz.

  ???the beta doesnt work for me i need the ulx_init to make it work then it dont work so im sticking with 1.0 but can some one show me what there ulx_users thing looks like?
plz so i can mimic it that way i no i am doing it write plz ok thanks admin who helped before but i still need more info

Type Status in console and get your steamid, then add this to the bottom of ulx_users

thats my users doc when i join type ulx_who
nobody name comes up if i type ulx_help only have 4 commands so i need some help
what else should i try? is there a plugin or somthing i can use to make it work please help me

make sure you have that exact steamid there when you type status.

If its the exact ID you entered, im not sure. I dunno why so many people have problems with it.

well look at what i wrote i put my users file in my steam id is in the example and the line at the bottom. do u think u could make a user doc for me? ill giv u steam id and stuff i need all access. if u cab thanks

if were talking about 1.11 then...
i am having the same/similar prob so atm im gona stick with 1.0.

when i run the server, i notice it does NOT exec server.ini or users.ini

now considering the user permisions and server settings are in those files, it wont work. now i am guessing that the init folder will only exec lua's and not ini's considering when i tried adding that line it didnt work. so atm im a lil stuck. also i notice in the readme it talks about editing "ulx/users.lua" when there is no users.lua only users.ini in "ulx/configs/users.ini" im not sure but may you have overlooked this? or does some file relate to this folder.... but anyway, please help me.

Delete all previous ULX files and install ULX v1.11

all ulx files were moved to a seperate location incase of a problem(like this) and 1.11 didnt work..

im going to make a new gmod server folder and run from there, c if that works
