Dedicated admin:ulx 1.11

ok, i am having trouble with 1.11. i have created a totaly new dedicated folder just for 1.11, and i have installed ulx on it and also the ulx users builder. i have added my steam id, and the access permisions. loaded the server up. but when i conected to it i couldnt access the admin menu, and whn i typed ulx_who no-one showed up. help please?

Type status in your server and use the ID that comes from that.

i have used the ulx users builder and when i type ulx_who on there i dont apear on the list. here is my current ulx users text.

Yeah I thought about making the ulx builder automatically enter the STEAM_ part for you, but I thought itd just end up confusing people.

ahh, cheers m8, u could put liek a little warning part saying that the words STEAM has to be in capitals perhaps? anyways thankyoyu very much 4 ur help m8.

my ulx admin does not work i try to load it manualy and it still wont work. i get errors in my console about it example: 

Lua Error: Line 1: unexpected symbol near '"STEAM_0:0:9338883"'    this is really anoyying i can abuse people for breaking thr rules. plz help. you last commentsd did not help. doi need all the tutorial crap in the folder?

You probably put a bad character in there like a - / " k s or something. You can use this tool to make it for you too.
