Auto-Downloading Issues

Auto-Downloading is a central issue for future releases. My dedicated server lacks the ability to upload files to clients. I have attempted numerous attempts, so far results were less than requested. Auto-Downloading is being a cunt at the moment, any one have a remedy or a possible diversion?
