ULX 2.1 No prop protection?

I cant seem to find any thing on prop protection for ulx 2.1.. please shed light!

ULX v2 doesn't include any prop protect or anti-spam protect.
I'm not sure if this is due to other prop protect scripts already being written and working well, or just due to ULX v1's hit or miss results. (Worked for some, but not others)

Many here recommend Avon's PropProtect at the facepunch forums, and I think I've seen others here mention it works with v2.
I've not tested to say for sure.
