Map menu problem, and a question

Ive got 2 things to say. Keep in mind, I've never used ULX before. I hvae it installed on my 4-man Gmod server.

1) When I select map menu, nothing happens. The menu just slides out of the screen and nothing comes up. Why? Do I have to configure this menu myself...if so, how.

2) On my server, I am pretty sure that anyone who joins can access the client menu. This allows them to kick/kickban players! How do I stop normal users having this function. I tihnk they shouldnt even be allowed to slap someone...lol

Please point me in the right direction, as I have no idea how I change these things. I have only added the admins to users.ini so far.

1. The map menu was moved to the spawn menu

2. Did you give access to STEAM_ID_PENDING ?

Sorry to be such an incredible n00b. But how do I gett he spawn menu up. I cant see it as an option in ulx_menu.

As for the STEAM_ID_PENDING issue - ignore it. Only admins can access it now. Just this darn spawn menu issue!

How do i remove the maps option for cleanliness?
