Map menu problem, and a question

Delete ulx_menus.lua

I didnt delete ulx_menus.lua because i realise that you would end up with no menus at all! I only wnated to get rid of the unworking map menu from the ulx_mneu command.

I fixed it now. To anyone who may ask the same quesiton in the future you need to find and delete this line in ulx_menus.lua:

As for the STEAM_ID_PENDING issue - ignore it. Only admins can access it now. Just this darn spawn menu issue!
