Need help w/ v2

I have installed the ulx mod v2 and the other thing required and i entered in the users like i was supposed to and when i start my server is says ive been authenticated as an admin but i cant open the menu to do  stuff to people
how do i use the menu
all i can do is kick and ban through the console and that is it
plz send a list of commands in your readme or something
that is all

 One major difference that wasn't included in the readme is that ULX no longer requires the 'underscore' _ between ulx and its commands.
 So, what USED to be "ulx_help" is now "ulx help"
 "ulx_menu" ... V2 would use "ulx menu"
