Location of custom message file.

I cannot find it, after frantically searching for it for 30 min I give up, can somebody give me the location?

if you are speaking of the adverts that appear in game.. it is your server.ini file that is in your ULX/Settings folder... about half way down there are settings called addadvert and addcsayadvert or something like that... read the information in that section.
