ULX not working

 ??? ok heres the deal i put ulx + ulib into addons i go ingame and typ "!adminmenu" and it doesent come up with any thing :o

Did you add yourself as admin? Ulx doesn't work out of the box unless you are running a listen server or single player.

hmmmm i checked console nothing to do with ulx is there i tipe in consoloe uxlhelp "unknowncommand ulxhelp"
