Restarting the server remotely

How do u restart a Gmod dedicated server remotely? i downloaded the ULX update and i need to restart.

if you have access to your RCon send it the exit command. Then assuming you/your host provider has a restart script set up.. it'll restart. Otherwise you can't, unless your host has some sort of server control panel installed.. Like TCAdmin (which is what I use)

Well i know this is not the answer you need but i use www.GModservers.com free server [but now i upgraded to the full version payed] its the same layout of steams dedicated server i just close it and open it back up  ::)
