Users.txt isn't appearing...

Hello. Basically as the title says, I installed ULX into a dedicated server (not one I'm hosting but a purchased one) and went to put my ID and name into the ULIB users.txt (the first way did not work).. But for some reason.. the users.txt was not there. I tried reinstalling and restarting server multiple times to no success. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Before you can get any "REAL" help we would need more info. Please post what version of ULX and ULIB you have, and if it's svn please post what revision you are using. Also, please post any errors you get on the servers console. Thank you, help us help you.

users.txt will not appear until someone is added to it. You will need to have someone on your server, and then add them to a group before the users.txt file will be created.

And don't forget, our readme files don't point to editing the ULib users file.
Our base files even discourage it I believe.
Our readme points to a link, which shows how to edit the GARRY'S MOD users file, which our admin mod will then import from and create our users.txt.

If you can't follow the instructions there, then yes, there is always adduser.
