ULX command won't show in console..HELP

I installed them (both ulib and ULX) and it doesn't whos ulx command in the console and when i type something like "ulx adduser" it says thats a unknown command!!!!!

If you are using the current SVN, then this might be a problem, however if you are not using the SVN version, you are doing it wrong.

It says it all over the place that ULX is broken in the new GMod update.. it's fixed in SVN, but TeamU is waiting to make it an actual release until they clean it up a bit more. The SVN is currently public however.. so get that if you haven't already. =)

I know about SVN.I un-installed everything and added the addons and now it works!

Also, I read somewhere that some commands will only work via console, is their a patch planned to fix this?Or is this done from garry's patch?

Hey guys, I downloaded the SVN version and placed it on the server however none of the commands work. It looks like its not even loading ULX.

I'm runing a dedicated server and I now have the orangebox folder after I did a complete reinstall of the server, is this because of the new update? Anyways, I placed the svn inside orangebox/garrysmod/addons/ulx, this is correct right?
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Yes, I do have ulib. This is the folder structure:

orangebox/garrysmod/addons/ulx/lua/ULib
orangebox/garrysmod/addons/ulx/lua/ULib/modules/ulx_init.lua
orangebox/garrysmod/addons/ulx/lua/ulx
.. etc.

I restarted the server and still no go.

No particles in manifest. Search path cstrike (I know it has nothing to do with this, but do you know how to fix this error?)

Then I have:
Error Module 'ulib' no found!

Sure:

ULib/init.lua:6: attempt to call field 'pluginLoaded' (a nil value)

SERVER: Registering gamemod 'sandbox' derived from 'base'

ScriptEnforce: gamemodes/sandbox/clientscripts.txt wasn't found. this gamemod is unprotected.

Sorry to have wasited your time, I reploaded ulib and now it works. I guess I was missing a file or something. I can confirm though that the SVN version works fairly well. Thanks for the help!
