Spam protection?

Hello everyone,
I made the transition to ULX 3.30 yesterday and managed to set-up everything on the serveer properly however the only addon I am missing is a good Spam protection. Adminside theses are the addons I am using: sui_scoreboard, ULib v.2.20, ULX v.3.30, ULX Warn v.1.0, UTeam v.1.1 and Simple Prop Protection v.1.3.5. I tried Chausettes Prop Protection but it did not work on the server, I looked around and did not see any addons against spam. I used to have assmod before and I could set the lenght you had to wait in-between anything you spawned and was wondering where I could find something of the like. Could it be that Chausette is the only spam protection addon available? I certainly hope not!

I have seen this addon before asking for help. The problem with this addon is it didn't work for me first time I tried and only limits props, I would like a system that limits props spawning time. I had a system like this before on my server and it stopped many people who were trying to prop spawn. I liked it because I am not always fast at banning people and this gives me much more time to act.

okay.. I'll make you a module.. you want this to limit how fast someone can spawn a prop?

any groups you want to be immune to this?

Wow, I wasn't expecting such a reply. Since you asked for it, I'd like superadmins and admins and operators to be immune to the prop spawn limit. I don't need anything fancy, it doesn't even need a gui. Thank you very much zakap for the help, I appreciate alot.
