How do i use this?
how do i change my friends and stuff like that? :-)

Because, it does do the job.
Prop protection just works, but i wouldn't know how to give people the privileges to play with my props.

It's in settings I believe (in the spawn menu)

All i have to do to install this is put UPS into the addons folder of my dedicated server, right?

Correct. ULib is a requirement, too.
