ah cool, i got it working :)
I'm now using ULX, UMotd, UTime, UPS and SourceBans integration for ULX :)
and since they all require ULib, that's installed too

a player joined and i get this error he did not spawn anything , this happens frequently and at random times could be back to back map change or work without error for a few hours, do u want a list of my addons?

Pump1er, are you using release ULib or SVN ULib?
I question because we've had some issues from the old release version for people with 'odd' ascii characters in names that I'd hoped were fixed.
Do other people with odd characters like that person get same errors?

i use ulx svn, ulib svn, and ups svn, and i think the error can happen to people with regular names also, 90% of the time when i see this error ups quits working for everyone on server

another slight problem i would like to remedy is if i fully restart the server or if it crashes,,, when it starts the ups admin menu does not have world protection checked, admins not restricted is checked and deleate admin props on leave is checked. in the bat file i use to start server i have +ups_worldprotection 1. shuldent that always turn on world protection ??
