I've seen this before too.
Forget how I fixed it.
I think I had SPP installed on my client also. Even though I was connecting to a UPS server, some SPP files seemed to be running client side.
(Again, I don't rememeber this for sure..been a long time (2-3 years))

Suggestion: A toggle for whether or not only prop friends to the original owner can take stuff that are "up for grabs". This would prevent the ability for people to steam while still allowing your friends to keep the fort you built together.

I have a slight problem with UPS, I have the SVN version of ULX and ULib, but the past few days it's been working and then all of a sudden breaks. What happens is it stops removing player's props after they leave. Anyone have a solution to this or should I use something else until UPS works with SVN again?

Are you absolutely certain there are no errors in server console? Do you have any idea how to replicate the breakage?

UPS is darned verbose.. Megiddo wrote it that way. Would surprise me if it's not spitting out an error.
Also, are you using the SVN of it? Though it too hasn't been updated in a while, the one from the front page is even older.

ahhhh, that might be the problem, I'm using the one on the front page. What's weird is that sometimes it works, sometime it doesn't. Usually on a busy day, it stops working then on the next restart or crash, it works fine.

See "Choy" post a few above mine. I figure it's due to whatever was keeping ULib/ULX from running (case sensitivity? (darn Source for not finding a generic way around that)).
He gives no error though.
