Probably not as expected. Listen servers set the game host as superadmin with full access to everything.
I'm not even sure UPS will see you as anything else.
It would for other players though.

I think it should work okay on a listen server, most of our testing is done on a dedicated though. Let us know if you run into any specific issues on a listen server.

I have admins affected by restrictions unchecked, but I still can't physgun world-owned enities, and yes, I am a superadmin in users.txt.
