ULX removeuserid?

A useful tool i would think is to have ulx removeuserid <name> <steamid>  so you could remove users from the system when they weren't even on the server .



P.S: I'm not sure if im supposed to post stuff like this here so please if im not just remove it and notify me and im sorry if it's in the wrong place.

Mr. Pres wrote adduserid, which we incorporated into ULX (giving him full credit of course).
Perhaps he'll find time to find the way to remove Steam IDs too.
