Deleting ULX and Ulib

Hello everyone, Zestyi here, I recently downloaded Ulx mod, along with Ulib.
I'm having trouble, so I switched to ASS mod, but for some reason, it still comes up with
"Welcome Zestyi, your in the "admin" group"

I deleted Ulx and Ulib from addons folder, what am I doing wrong?
I restarted server btw

I deleted data/ulx
and data/ulib to

[Megiddo]

That's a GMod message.

Care to tell us how we can improve ULX or ULib?
