consule command won't work

I bet this is sort-of a noobish question:
I have everything set up admin works, ect.. but when i try to use a ulx command (like ulx_help) it won't work. Are the commands changed /w Ulib? Or is something wrong? :-\

It's "ulx help"

In case you didn't catch what paintcan's difference is... there is no "_"
No underline/underscore
ulx help
not ulx_help :)
