add props ?

cs_chip:
Add Props ... i add props like orangebox > garrysmod > Drop the folders
but when i start the server I not downloading the props i just drop in the garrysmod folder
but when i but stool in the orangebox > garrysmod > its work all works but not props like walls and barricades
 ???
all say yes its right drop in orangebox > garrysmod > Drop the folders but it dont work for me  ???
