BTW i dont understand that help on www.garrysmod ...... to add css props like office ... plzz help ?

As for this I will help you.
I'm guessing since you got gmod installed, you know how to install other games as well, so here it is.

hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds

This will install css to the c:\srcds directory, only problem with that is, gmod is in the c:\srcds\orangebox\
directory. Simple fix, after completing the download of css simply drag the css folder into the orangebox folder.

that's for the server, if you were talking about adding css props to your garrysmod and not the server, then the only way is the purchase

i can only have gm_construct or gm_flatgrass on my server .. when i have like gm_megaconstruckt_v4 its come for all missing map ... =/

Never download server programs, especially from a pirating site. This only lowers performance and doesn't guaranty quality
Follow the instructions here for installing a proper server. http://srcds.com
Once completed I would be more then willing to help.
