setting admin swep

hey, i was wondering how do you set a swep so that only a admin can spawn?.. thanks

SwepSpawnable = False

Averice:
Is there a server command to set all SWEPS to not spwnable at all? or even just admin spawnable.. because i run an RP server and cant stop ppl spwning the standard sweps
