I just love the customer service you get most times too. "Oh, here's a meal voucher, and, we can't guarantee you'll have a seat on the next flight because we overbook that flight."

Actually they didn't even give me a meal. Because there were three airlines involved (Delta, United, Asiana), no one wanted to admit the blame. And there's only one flight out per day...
Lucky for me my bro lives nearby. :)
