Make sure to rest frequently. Over exterting your arms over the ocean could be a bad thing.
When you rest, make sure to use blankets to warm the arms. Icing can be a problem at higher altitudes.

- Kidding? I don't see how that could be a problem. Seems like it would be less work being farther away from earths core hence less gravity. Lol

Even at cruising altitude, even with .28% less weight, Megiddo is still going to have to flap his arms darn fast to keep speed and altitude.
