SVN Question

I have a fast question...
Is there an SVN update on things such as Utime, Umotd, Uclip etc?
If so where con I find them?
I have looked around but have not found anything, I hope I did not miss something  :o

Question: Why is ND(Natural Docs), and an installer folder downloaded if you svn:checkout "http://ulyssesmod.net/Ulysses"
