The next garrysmod?

So a small hobby of mine is to keep an eye out for open source projects similar to garrysmod. I stumbled across this promising app today, OpenSim. It's got a lot of active developers which is always a good thing.

It's second life'ish but gets the job done. Maybe this is a suitable platform for UU? :)
