Toolgun to specific members/groups.

Hello, please help me with my issue!

I have a donation system on my server and people have been donating, and I need a way to set it so they always have a toolgun, but only them. Or if I can make a group and anyone in that group gets the toolgun.

Just an addition if this is possible, if I could make the toolgun that group gets only able to do certain things. Thanks!
