NPC spawn error

When anyone tries to spawn an NPC that the server does not support a message box pops up and it says "sorry you can't spawn that NPC" or something along those lines and you cant click ok to get rid of it or even use the console or hold "C" or "Q" to pull up the menu. Meaning that the only way to get ris of it is to restart GMod.

how if I can, can i fix it?

ULX doesn't have a feature such as this by default.
Have you installed any addons that prevent spawning?

There is UPPL in our releases forum, but it doesn't do any 'popup' windows.
