Where can I find ghost2

um i was on this server (that had ulx&ulib) they had this command called !ghost2 which makes u the entity u point at. just wondered how do u install it?

No idea, not ever heard of that one. Might have been custom.
Closest thing ULX has by default is spectate... only works on players, and you have to be an admin.
Gives you the viewpoint of whoever you 'spectate'... no control, only viewing what they see.
