How to add all admin groups to see join server message

How do I set it so I can have all of my admin groups to see a message when they join the server that says...

Welcome back, "name", you are a "superadmin" in this server!

That's an example.

I have edited my groups too so, the hierarchy is Senior Admin, SuperAdmin, Normal Admin, Babyadmin, Operator, User
