I spotted a problem, and it may be with my configuration but...
Lua Error: ERROR: Hook 'URestrict_Loadout_Hook' Failed: ULib/modules/server/URestrict.lua:153: attempt to index global 'URestrict_loadout' (a nil value)
Lua Error: Removing Hook 'URestrict_Loadout_Hook'
I can provide more info if needed

Apparently this only happens if the client blocks the URestrict_cl.lua from downloading so there needs to be a way to enforce the client even if he blocks the download of the dua cache. just an observation.

yes I just updated, I also need to mention I am having a problem with users dropping weapons in the game. I'm being forced to grab the weapons up when this occurs.

I'm not sure if it's one of my scripts or just a side effect of one of yours I am going to try and narrow it down again but it only seems to occur with URestrict.

What do you mean? My script disables the ability for users without the permission to use the weapons from picking them up as well.

After you fix the weapon pickup bug, could you set it up so users are allowed to have weapons, but do not spawn with them? Like that other guy was wanting. Here's what we mean:

Let's say I have a SWep called the Cake Shooter. It shoots the cake model from Portal. I want everyone to have access to it. Currently, if I set it up as good in URestrict, it makes them spawn with it, which I do not want. I want only me to spawn with it, even if everyone else can get it through the weapons tab.

I think I found part of the issue within one of my lua modules, at least I thought. I'm going to update to the latest revision and see if the weapons still fly out of a playing at spawn. I apparently didn't describe the behavior correctly.

Player spawns, and the game attempts to give them the default weapon set gmod uses, which then causes URestrict to prevent the player form picking up spawned weapons. A sudden bundle of weapons comes flying
out of the player spawn. This occurs each time a player joins. I have cleaned up my server install and it was
still happening before revision 20, I updated to the latest ( from my last post ). I am not going to update to the latest to see if it is fixed. inadvertently

The Loadout UI is not functioning nor is the weapon restrictions now on my server I am checking to see if it's a conflicting script but so far no leads to why the restrictions are not functioning I will do a wipe down of all addons again and reduce it down to URestrict, ULX/Ulib again to see what is causing the issue.

There seems to be some interaction with gcombat and your URestrict script now. That was causing the loadout to fail in the latest revisions maybe hook overriding?
