Interesting, I like it! I only wish there were a way to know if it were restricted or not before they selected it, but it doesn't seem like there's any particularly easy way to do that.

Wait..is there not a way to prevent the client menu from showing tools that have been restricted?
How do non-Sandbox gamemodes prevent them from showing in the Q menu?

Then again, I could see people thinking "wut... my menu is broken, i have no tools' or 'I'm missing tools! My gmod must be broken'
I love Jay's idea either way.

     - It's easy to hide the entire menu, but sections of it would be a trick pluse the whole ""wut... my menu is broken, i have no tools' or 'I'm missing tools! My gmod must be broken'"

The crash is probably from ULib, which will be fixed as soon as I think of a solution that doesn't cause another crash. :)

Heck Jay, it's a modders paradigm.
Seems we (team Ulysses) do it to Garry all the time.
At least in our case we see it needs to be fixed, don't tell the other modder to bugger off, and then go and try to fix it.
