I've had the same issues as above on a new server with just ulib/ulx/utime/sui_scorebaord/uteam/upgrade

*Fixed every thing default on server restart
*Fixed left click not working on weapons to give them to yourself
*Fixed repeating entries in the default loadout.
TODO: fix the admin exlude buttons, close button, modify button, tools button, and loadouts buttons

For some reason, restriction won't work on the rope tool. I have it restricted to everyone, but its still usable. Anyone else having this problem?

*Fixed when you click the modify button without having a group selected you will get a response
*Fixed toggling tool and loadout restrictions
*Fixed the close button
