Hmm.... all you configs look perfect, and I don't see any immediate errors in any of the code. Are you able to locate any errors in either server or client console? Look carefully.

I've been having the same problem for the past two weeks. I also have Falco's Prop Protection installed, which I think is causing the problem. I'll try to look into it tomorrow.

--- Quote from: JamminR ---Yes, clearing it is fine, but, are you then uploading it to your fast download server after a server restart?

Yup! I clear cache, restart, copy cache from server to HDD to fast download server, then restart again just to be safe.

--- Quote from: JamminR ---Should have NO need to upload addons folder. Not recommended

Oh, that's what I hoped was the case.. I'm not sure why URestrict decides not to restrict tools then.

No errors at all, as far as I know.

Sorry to doublepost, for starters..

But yes, FPP is the culprit. I edited every LUA file and every reference to any tool restrictions called in FPP. and voila! :)
I know it's a very hack-and-slash approach that may render some other functions completely useless if used improperly, but so far everything seems to be okay.

So yeah, case in point, FPP is a giant douche. Hope this helps.
