Changing Gamemodes

Not sure if this is with ULX, but how would I go about changing the server gamemode to spacebuild?

I've never had a gmod server before, it's a bit different than a CSS, I'm confused.  >.>

This is more of a 'server 101' question than directly related to ULX.
HOWEVER, ULX provides <some> methods for gamemode configuration, including adding on the gamemode to the end of map name change.
Map related ini file settings, and even gamemode related settings.
You probably really need to learn how to use the command lines for server startup before you ever start tinkering in ULX tools related to them though.
