My first swep will it work?

Hi, this is my first ever swep and I want to know if it will work also, I went to my Lua folder and a weapons folder wasnt there so I made one and in there I made a folder called Harpoon gun and put the lua file in there this is were it is. C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\samwilki\garrysmod\garrysmod\lua\Weapons
 also this is the Lua file please tell me if it will work and were will it be when I load up SP for me to spawn it.

I've never built a swep to even know where to start.
Yes, many may find that odd, as it seems the Gmod community in general say to start learning G-Lua with sweps, I never did.
Perhaps another community member here will be able to help.
