Steamid change

I now have 1 remaining problem. Even though I have renamed all of my adv. duplicator folders to fit the new steam ids, the files will not show up to the people who uploaded them.

MrPresident:
Valve changed them back to the STEAM_0 format. Update your server if you havnt already and change the files back.
