Dedicated Server Won't Recognise Me As Admin

I am using Source Dedicated server and after finally fixing the steam key size for it i discovered that while ULX works on my server, i cannot add anyone as admin nor am i admin in game... i tried using the console in srcds to add myself to admin but it says that superadmin is not a valid group...

I already deleted my ULib files and reinstalled it... yes i did edit groups.txt before that but after searching and trying to fix i still have no luck 


i tried using ulx debuginfo but it said i dont even have access to that...

Edit: my file structure is C:\hlserver\orangebox\garrysmod\data\ULib\users.txt
if that would affect it since its orangebox not garrysmod please tell me...

Im using ULX SVN Revision 27

Sounds like you aren't running ulx debuginfo from the SERVER console, as is underlined and bolded in many of our help topics.
