URestrict not working

Hi, I got URestrict for my server and the menu is not working for me heres screen shot: i hope someone can help

Also wishbone, if you'd actually look at the URestrict thread...two others have reported the same.
If you have additional errors that are DIFFERENT than what they experience, please post them, actual text, no screenshot necessary.
