Change The Ban Message

Hello,
I'm translating ULX into french, and I'd like to know where's the ban message.
The message you get when you connect to the server with a banned ID like Disconnect: STEAM UserID STEAM_0:0:******** is banned.

Searched the addons/ulx folder using Windows search for text "banned"
Found end.lua, util.lua and vote.lua

That message is actually generated by STEAM, sorry. :)

That was the first thing I thought, but since he's translating, thought he might like to at least edit our log and console entries, etc.
