Error with downloads

T3h Pro:
When people connect to my server if they dont have the map.bsp they get this error and get disconnected

CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'maps/RP_HomeTown1999.bsp' size exceeds net_maxfilesize limit (16 MB).

I have it in forcedownload.ini so i really dont know what the problem is.
Please help.

Set net_maxfilesize higher.  ;)

Just for clarification...
 That server configuration variable (convar) has nothing to do with ULib or ULX.
It is a server setting that tells what the largest file that can be sent in MB.
And I can tell you right now..
anything larger than ~2mb will frustrate most people trying to join your server because it will take too long.
