Custom Prefix

Xen:
You should add a custom prefix option in the server.ini. So, instead of having to use !kick, you can change it to /kick or -kick. Right now, it seems like there is no easy way to change it, as you would have to go through all the files and individually change the commands. It would be much easier if you just used a global variable.
