Custom admin can't see prop spawns in console

I have made an admin through the group.txt on my server and it works perfectly other than the fact that they can't see prop spawns in console. Any thing I could do?
EDIT: Btw superadmins can see it perfectly.
EDIT: Thanks to atomicspark, add "ulx spawnecho" to show spawned items. Thanks again.

You need to give them the "ulx spawnecho" permission in groups.txt
