Adverts and Immunity

I have 2 problems! (sorry! =D)

First off i don't seem to be able to add adverts. I have tried quite a lot of things.
I have tried gamemode, map, and server and none of these have worked.

I have a forum for my server so it is quite important that adverts work.

I'm sorry if i am being stupid D=

Problem number 2:

I have installed the "ULX SVN" version that came in the mod package with my Art of War Central server. I am not sure what version this is,
I am having complaints from my super admins of the regular admins "abusing" them. I used to be very good with "ULX" and the whole immunity thing with the added "1" tag on adding users.

Now when I add the 1 tag, it doesn't mention them having immunity.

Is there a new way of giving immunity or am i (again) being stupid?

Though I don't think you're stupid, I strongly recommend using Ulysses forums search function.
It adjusts to what area you're in.
Want to search entire forum, use search terms from the main forum front page.
Want to search a specific forum area...enter that forum area, then search.
Want to search a specific thread post and its pages...enter that post, then search.
