Restricting Weapons To Certain Groups

Hello =] I have recently switched back to ULX from ASS Mod, as the "staff" of ULX are much more pleasant, and to me that counts.

Could anyone explain how I would restrict certain weapons to certain groups? I somehow manages to achieve this with using only UTeam, but I have no idea what I did, it was over a year ago now.
