Being an Admin

I must sound like a total noob but I was wondering how I add my self as an admin, because I don't know where to put the text that makes you one.

Have you tried reading the readme.txt file included with ULX and ULib.
They are quite helpful.

Also, if after reading, you still don't find your answer.
