Need to know how to set up an FTP

Ty for the help wit my other post but i need help with an FTP.I have the site already n FileZilla.It set up n all i just need to know wat folders to put in it.....Heres the site http://atlanta.psybergaming.net/sgtreed/          Also i need to know wat do i put in my server files to activate the FTP
