Several Problems With ULX Including "Pending Admin Approval"

Hello, I have a few more problems with ULX. On my server, some are having trouble with the !clientmenu command. I made sure their "respected" group allowed the !clientmenu command, but it won't show up for them. Some of them simply lost the ability to use respected commands (!noclip, !voteban, etc.), and are given "unauthorized user" messages. However, they're still in the group. Also, how do I remove the "pending admin approval" voteban command? I want my respected users to be able to voteban someone without an admin being online, or else the command is pointless. I don't think there is an "unauthorized user" message in ULX, perhaps another mod is overriding those commands? Pending admin approval just means that the one who started the vote needs to accept it, not that they need to be a certain rank of admin.

He might have changed the string from "You do not have this command, Joe Blow" to "Unauthorized User". Or something like that.

I didn't change it. It said "unautheduser" or something like that. It was an error message.

Also, I tried votekicking myself, and I saw that I had to press 1 to authorize it. Keep in mind, the people I'm allowing to use votekick aren't admins, and I don't think the authorize/approval window shows up for them. I'll ask them again tomorrow.

Yes, because you started the votekick.
Though it is possible something is broken and the authorization isn't showing up for them after they start it, it definitely won't if they didn't start the votekick.

Please tell us what version of ULib and ULX you are using.
The exact error message you're getting with !clientmenu.
The users having the problem, can they use 'ulx clientmenu' from the console?
