A useful command would be "ulx cleanup"
for example:
"ulx cleanup <username>" to clean up that users props.
or "ulx cleanupall"  to cleanup everyone's props.
Would be really useful on my build server for my admins because most are having problems with the cleanup in utilities tab.

UPS has this, otherwise the overhead of collecting prop ownership is a bit much for ULX.
